Effective October 8, 2026. These terms apply to the DirrtyKandy creator website (“Site”). “We” and “us” refer to the operator using the DirrtyKandy brand.

1. Adults only; lawful access

You must be at least 18 years old and meet any higher age of majority or lawful-access threshold applicable where you are located. Do not access the Site if its content is unlawful in your jurisdiction. Do not misrepresent your age or help a minor access adult material. Do not bypass legally required age checks, geographic restrictions, or access controls.

2. Electronic agreement

By selecting the confirmation checkbox and clicking “I agree — enter,” you affirm the entrance declarations and agree electronically to these terms. If you do not agree, leave the Site. You may save or print these terms for your records. Entry does not authorize a payment, create a subscription, or consent to marketing. This Site’s age declaration is not documentary age verification.

3. Site scope and external services

This Site hosts non-explicit creator information, promotional images, and links to outside services. It does not host sexually explicit content. Adult content available through external links is hosted on those platforms. It does not offer visitor accounts, public uploads, comments, or an on-site checkout. OnlyFans, social networks, messaging services, and payment providers operate separately under their own terms, privacy policies, age checks, and transaction rules. A link is not a guarantee of a third party’s content, conduct, security, or availability.

Record-keeping scope

This notice does not assert that performer records have been reviewed or that this Site or any linked platform qualifies for a particular statutory exemption. Federal performer-record obligations under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257–2257A depend on the material and production or publishing activities involved. For any applicable records notice concerning content hosted elsewhere, consult the relevant content provider. This Site does not publish a custodian statement for third-party content.

4. Prices and payments

Confirm the applicable price, scope, recurring billing if any, delivery terms, and refund terms with the relevant provider before paying. Free access to a creator page does not make separately priced content free. Where shown, the “OnlyFans +20%” payment note is part of the creator’s listed payment arrangements; confirm the total before payment. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or lawful payment-dispute rights.

5. Permitted use and intellectual property

Rights in the Site’s images, branding, text, and other materials remain with their respective owners. Viewing access does not transfer ownership or grant a commercial license. Unless the rights holder authorizes it or applicable law permits it, you may not record, copy, download, scrape, redistribute, resell, republish, or use the material to train AI systems. Ordinary browser display and caching are permitted. You may save these legal notices. Statutory exceptions and other rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain intact.

6. Prohibited conduct

Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, expose private identities or addresses, infringe copyright, distribute non-consensual intimate media, exploit minors, send illegal material, introduce malware, interfere with service, or attempt unauthorized access. Do not submit or send another person’s intimate material without valid permission. This Site has no public upload feature.

7. Access restrictions and termination

We may restrict or discontinue access or interactions for violations of these terms, abuse, fraud, or legal requirements, subject to applicable law. Any accounts or subscriptions on external platforms are governed by those platforms’ rules; this Site cannot terminate a third-party account itself. Obligations and rights intended to survive termination continue to apply.

8. Privacy and safety

See our Privacy Notice for information about browser storage, external providers, and privacy choices. Respect creators’ stage names and do not seek or disclose private personal details. Do not send identity documents through social messages to this Site.

9. Availability, disclaimers, and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors. We do not guarantee external services or third-party material. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from Site use or third-party services. These provisions do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. No disclaimer excuses unlawful conduct.

10. Updates and questions

Updated terms will be posted with a new effective date. Material changes to the entrance agreement will require a new confirmation. For Site questions, privacy requests, or reports about an image, contact @DirrtyKandy on Instagram and identify the Site page and concern. Do not include sensitive identity documents in the initial message. External purchases should also be raised through the relevant provider’s support process.
